So lots of people ask me how I live on shakes only 😂🙈 truth is if Herbalife was a shake only diet I wouldn’t be using the products.. Before Herbalife my day would start at 6 and I’d probably go until 12/1pm before anything which would probably be a meal deal from Asda along with 1/2 lucozades while grabbing a 5 minute break from work, I would be flagging by this time and so sleepy!
Between 1pm and 5pm when I finish work I’d pick on crisps and chocolate to give me what I thought was needed sugar and energy. Once home time came id drive home to have the kids to feed (whilst finishing their leftovers), bath time, homework and have a couple of hours with the kids before they went to bed!
Once the kids were in bed I couldn’t stop - order take aways, be in and out of the fridge right up until bed time.
I honestly felt so shit every single night - going to bed bloated and tummy ache with unbelievable heartburn - I used to use a big bottle of gaviscon a week 🤭
Honestly those days scare me so much looking back - but all of those things don’t happen anymore thank god!
My days still start at 6/7 but so does my meals and routine.. 30 second breakfast along with a fat burning energy giving tea 😍
I then eat every 2 & 1/2 - 3 hours, as much energy tea as I need usually just the 2 a day or 3 if I go to the gym.
No more bloating, tummy ache and once I’ve eaten dinner at night I’m happily full and content while my day starts again! Honestly guys until you try it you don’t understand the feeling 😍
Today for example this was my day - everything taking less than a minute to prepare apart from tonights dinner which was about 20 mins from start to finish.. Breakfast - Shake and Tea
1st snack - protein yogurt & banana
Lunch - Shake & Tea
2nd snack - tuna pasta with salad
