Guten Morgen Welt ☀️ Seit längerem bin ich unter diesem Account nur ein stiller Mitleser gewesen. Das wollte ich nun dank eines Lieben Spatzes, mal wieder ein wenig ändern. Der besagte Montag an dem man ja immer so motiviert ist mit allem anzufangen, habe ich erfolgreich verpasst 😌 Statt dann nochmal eine Woche zu warten, starten wir einfach mal mit dem Dienstag ☀️ Zu meiner Person. Ich bin Mama von 2 süßen und liebevollen Kindern. Ohne jetzt hier alles so Bilderbuchlike niederzuschreiben, gibt es natürlich auch anstrengende, nervenaufreibende Tage wo manchmal nur ein Schokoriegel die Gemüter beruhigt 😅 Das macht für mich, neben der Selbstständigkeit und dem Hobbys/Aktivitäten der Kids, Haushalt und Einkaufen, es nickt gerade leicht für mich jedesmal eine optimale Mahlzeit die dann vollwertig, gesund, ausgewogen und kalorienarm zugleich sein soll, zuzubereiten. Ich koche gern und bewusst, jedoch habe ich nicht immer die Gesichter auf meiner Seite wenn ich mit Sonderbaren ankomme. Daher wandelnd uneiniges für mich vom Herkömmlichen ab. ☺️ Frühstücken fällt mir da besonders leicht. Alle aus dem Haus, habe ich Zeit mir morgens in Ruhe etwas zu Zaubern. Heute gibt es: 300g Magerquark 2 EL Müsli 1 geschnittene Banane 1 TL Gojibeeren Das Ziel vor Augen. Meine Challenge startet nun. Auf dieses Frühstück war ich schon mega gespannt, deswegen muss ich es jetzt direkt zeigen 😁 Vollkornroggenbrot mit Erdnussbutter, Apfel, Haferflocken, Haselnüsse und Pinienkerne mit Zimt. Ich habe die Haferflocken und Pinienkerne durch ein Crunchymüsli Coco & Cashew von Kellogs ersetzt (zuckerfrei😁), als Topping ist das mega lecker! Cantonese Steamed Fish   #jensfishrecipes   Bahan: 1 buah fillet ikan berdaging putih (saya pakai tilapia) 6 siung bawang putih, cincang halus 2 ruas jahe, potong korek api 2 batang daun bawang, iris tipis memanjang 2 sdm kecap asin untuk seafood (saya pakai Lee Kim Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood) 2 sdm air garam (jika suka) dan merica secukupnya 2 sdm minyak sayur Cara membuat: Cuci bersih ikan. Panaskan air dalam panci hingga mendidih. Kukus ikan selama 10 menit dengan panci tertutup. Angkat. Letakkan daun bawang di atas ikan. Panaskan minyak sayur dalam wajan. Tumis jahe hingga harum. Follow her   @cremedelacrumb1   Serves: 4 INGREDIENTS ½ cup teriyaki sauce 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded to even thickness 8 cups chopped romaine or green leaf lettuce ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved ¼ red onion, thinly sliced 2 avocados, sliced 1 15-ounce can pineapple rings, with juice (juice divided between marinade and dressing, see instructions) cilantro, roughly chopped dressing ½ cup teriyaki sauce ⅓ cup rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar ⅓ cup olive oil pineapple juice (from the can of pineapple rings) INSTRUCTIONS Combine chicken, ½ cup teriyaki sauce, and half of the pineapple juice from your can of pineapple slices in a large resealable bag. Press the extra air out of the bag, seal, and chill for 15 minutes. In a small-medium bowl combine all dressing ingredients, whisk to combine, then cover and chill until ready to use. Grease and preheat your grill. Place chicken on grill and discard bag with marinade. Place chicken and pineapple rings on the grill.
