✨Officially entering week 8 of prep ahh
I want to take a moment and talk about progress. Progress for everyone is different, regardless of how small or large your changes are, THEY ARE STILL IMPORTANT!!! I noticed that people tend to care most about what they look like in side-to-side pics, when in reality seeing a change in pictures probably won’t happen for a while. Give your body time, appreciate and LOVE yourself at every stage your body is at. If your goal is to lose half a pound a week or to eat healthy 5/7 days of the week LOVE YOURSELF through every fraction of a pound you shed, through each yummy meal, & don’t beat yourself up if you don’t always meet your goals, any improvement is good! Don’t stop investing in yourself!!
But hey enough preaching...LOOK AT MY BICEP. I never had defined biceps but it’s poppin’ in that second pic, pretty cool if I say so myself & I’m not sorry about it🤗
