So I can’t do pull-ups still but I sure can practice. The MAMAWELL Method... Away from home! 🙌🏻🌍⭐️ My postnatal fitness programme is super easy to throw into your suitcase for travelling, or just a weekend away. You only need the 2 resistance bands & some WiFi. ⭐️ I like to use to get some peace & quiet! - as well as working at my cardio fitness, strength and working my deep core muscles. It also gives me so much ENERGY and gives me CONFIDENCE that helps me handle a few of the more frustrating things that come my way on the daily. ⭐️ I fitted in a quick circuit here, give it a go! 3-4 sets 1. Banded lunge x12 L&R 2. Push ups (knees down if needed) x10 3. Band row backs (knees down if needed) x12 L&R 4. Double squat + 8 pulses x5 5. It's good to be able to enjoy your outdoor environment while still putting in the hard work that it takes to become a great player. There is just something about getting outside early in the morning, in the cool air, to workout. Find hills to run. Do body weight exercises and use a jump rope. Use the lines of the basketball court to get your feet moving more quickly and do your agility drills. There is a lot that YOU can do to become a better player that doesn't involve paying gym fees or going very far from home. Be creative and find ways to train outdoors with and without your basketball near home. The young lady in this video is 13 year old, 8th grade, combo guard, E'Marie Lewis, from Louisiana. I watch her videos on her father's page   @shoepick22  . E'Marie does a variety of different basketball skills and conditioning routines. Every workout is difficult, intense and creative. Use your mind to figure out new and interesting ways to train your body and develop your basketball skills. It will be your hard work and the consistency of your efforts that will determine your future success. If YOU want to become a great basketball player don't let anything stand in the way of your goal. One of my absolute favorite finishers. THE TRIANGLE OF DEATH. Haha, sounds worse than it is😉😉. Take three objects all varrying in weight (preferably sandbags but here I'm using a sandbag and two kettlebells) and place them as a triangle. Then wrap a resistance band around a pole or a very heavy dumbell or kettlebell. Wrap it around your waist, bear crawl and drag each object from it's starting point to yours and back. Give it a go!!!!
