Here is a great warm for your lower body - a sure way to fire up your glutes 🔥 . You can place a band above your knees or around your ankles . Find a quarter squat, point your toes forward, move your body in one until laterally for a step touch ladder of reps . Try to avoid locking out your knees or turning your toes out. Just saw an interesting post by   @apfau   providing an effective but simple workout that can be done anywhere, e.g. while traveling. - Just because you’re traveling, doesn’t mean you can’t find a way to fit in an effective workout. While this might not be ideal, this workout can be done with just your body weight and a resistance band and can be useful for those of you who travel frequently with limited or no gym access.
