Day 5️⃣ of 1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ kicked my butt!! So much so that this was yesterday’s workout & I’m just now posting, lol.
Tbh I was tired & didn’t feel like doing it but I pushed through & wasn’t sorry. You’ll pretty much never be sorry for the workout you DID do!👊🏼
I’m a big advocate of listening to your body when it says it needs a day off. But then there’s those days that you know you’re just not feeling it but need to do it anyway. Today is Yoga, which isn’t ‘easy’ but will definitely feel good after the last 5 days!
As of this morning I’m down 2.4lbs & feeling a little stronger every day. Later in the day I will be posting Day 6 & talking about weighing every day vs. weighing less often vs. never weighing at all...I know there’s a myriad of opinions there! •
